He currently supports the U.S. Department of Stateโs Global Health Supply Chain program and serves on the board of LifeStock International, a global nonprofit advancing food and economic security among the worldโs poorest through veterinary medicine. Previously, he served as a Medical Operations Portfolio Manager in the U.S. Army, leading teams across complex, resource-constrained environments.
Through his work with the U.S. Army, USAID, USDA, U.S. Department of State, Chemonics International, and LifeStock International, Nate has supported humanitarian and development efforts in more than 20 countries across Africa, the Middle East, and Asiaโcollaborating with governments, smallholders, and international partners to strengthen health systems and combat critical transboundary diseases, including HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, malaria, and emerging zoonotic threats.
An aspiring scholar-practitioner, Nate applies a systems-level approach to social impact. He holds a B.Sc. from the University of Tampa, is a certified Project Management Professional, and is currently an MBA Candidate at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School, where he focuses on healthcare innovation, sustainability, and mission-driven business models.
Though his work has centered on global health and international development, he is equally committed to creating local impact by applying global lessons to support healthier, safer, and more productive communities within the Greater Tampa Bay area.
